Front Office Manager
Hello, my name is Angel aka “Cat Mom”. I came to Bixby in 2020 as a Front Office Coordinator. Where I met a group of highly dedicated animal professionals. I was lucky enough to have senior staff take me under their wing and show me the ropes. I quickly learned the delicate but intricate process of Bixby. With that and 15+ years of customer service experience, I was promoted to Front Office Coordinator. I make sure my Front Office maintains a healthy balance, of both customers' needs and hospital policy. In my spare time, you can find me with my plants and daughter Alaskah. She’s a 5yr old Russian Blue with golden eyes. We love to canoodle endlessly. Or I’m somewhere watching a mixologist work their magic, I’m a huge crafted cocktail connoisseur. I also enjoy traveling especially to London, it’s kind of my second home. However, most of my days consist of cat mom duties and tending to my plants.Genesis Patino
